Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Most orders arrive within 4-7 business days after they have been shipped.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Mel&Co Linen is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at hello@melandcolinen.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
